General Policy

1. When you visit our shop, please check and confirm the price before requesting any service.
2. During the service, if you want to change the shape, colour, or any detail, please inform the technician immediately so we can update your service properly and on time.
3. Procedures and treatments depend on each person’s skin type. We will always do our best to customise it for you.
4. After a few days, colour may peel for several reasons:

• Daily activities and impact on the nail tips
• Accidentally touching your face or hair during application, transferring oil that prevents adhesion
• Gel not fully curing under the UV lamp

1. Please take care of your nails to help them last longer.
2. If you have diabetes or skin-healing wounds, please let us know so we can take extra care.
3. If you are pregnant, we do not recommend massage chairs during a pedicure.
4. If your natural nails are short or weak, we advise against long extensions. Long nails may lift or damage your real nails. If you still prefer long extensions, please maintain them carefully to avoid breakage or thinning.
5. For gel polish on natural nails, if you frequently clean, cook, garden, or use your nails a lot:

• Strong nails: last about 14–18 days
• Medium strength: around 14 days

Please come back before the gel lifts. Waiting too long can damage your nails.

Many customers do not maintain their nails properly, for example, by biting or peeling them or leaving old gel or extensions on too long. This weakens natural nails. In such cases, even new gel or extensions will not last, and peeling may start within a few days.

Service & Responsibility Policy

Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the services we provide. It does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our goal is to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible.

1. Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before the service begins.
2. While receiving your service, please communicate directly with our staff if you have feedback or comments so we can satisfy your requirements immediately.
3. Inform the staff or management immediately if you have any concerns related to the salon, the staff, or any service.
4. Children under 7 years old should be accompanied by an adult at all times. We do not take responsibility if any accident happens to your child/children during treatment or while in our salon.
5. We hold no responsibility for loss of your personal belongings while receiving treatment or while in the salon.
6. No food should be consumed during treatment.

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 72 hours after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 72 hours, please contact us to schedule a free repair.

1. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.
2. Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
3. We will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails after you leave the salon.

REFUND POLICY

• No cash refunds will be given after you leave the salon. Once you have walked out of the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
• If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware before you pay. We will adjust your nails to your satisfaction or remove them, enhance them, or correct any issue.
• If you are still not happy after we fix them, then you must go through our Customer Complaint Procedure in writing. State the reason you are unsatisfied after we redo your nails and provide photo evidence of the nails we fixed for you.
• No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
